I've definitely been slacking on getting in shape but my comment wasn't about my health lol... it's just the fact that this generation is so PC and easily offended by everything and no one can defend themselves against bullying. Self defense is incredibly important. I was the fat kid who got bullied in school, my father enrolled me in boxing lessons when I was in 5th grade and I took them all the way through 7th grade. It gave me a lot more confidence and when kids would bully me, I was able to defend myself. They eventually left me alone. It works.
