Okay. I'm an independent contractor. I drive for two or three companies at any given time. I haven't formed an LLC, but operate as a Sole proprietor. Other than liability, what's the major benefit of forming an LLC. I've been seeing ads for 26ft box trucks, but even when I reach out to these companies they don't answer back. Also, I am hesitant to go get a truck and all the necessary Authorities, DOT and insurance only to hit a slow season. Question is How do I go about it without wasting my startup 💰?
