That was a nice interview I would like to see more interviews with these people actually teaching the audience something not just speaking about what they do but actually showing and teaching something that would be beneficial whatever is in their expertise not very many shows do that, but the ones that do are my favorite. There are so many interesting people that are interviewed and they have such a wealth of knowledge. They should be able to teach the audience, at least one thing that they can practice or put into practice that would benefit them.

What is the high pitched noise in the background?
It is aeroplanes. Perhaps they are near or under a flight path to major airport. Around 13.00 I can hear whistling but it is distorted.
I don't think it's the aeroplanes, as Mark suggested. It seems to me it's more likely the audio equipment itself. An audio technician need to review the equipment. There's interference.

Anyhow, during painattack you may use binaural beats, dont use loud sound as it is sine based tech, you may blew of you ears. Earphones required. For brain side syncro loud it is not needed. @@v2ike6udik Yeah thanks, those my tunes I made, before I got these fking pain symptoms etc. My motivation for making music is not the same as it was 5-10 years ago etc because it’s hard to make good feeling music whilst suffering with chronic pain etc. Yes I have used Binaural beats before but they didn’t work for reducing pain. I can try others, and you can recommend? I’m on my way to Chiropractor that specialises in atlas adjustments etc hopefully I can overcome the chronic pain. Those tunes were made before i had this symptoms.
