Following U on a similar mask, I was told that OUT is written on the side to be kept accordingly. There OUT is written is is folded downwards. So looks like anyone is claiming anything

Got here to check for which is inside-out. This looks wrong.
Although it is common to base it on the color which is in/outside, the colors in the mask here seem to indicate that the downward folds have the colored one and the upward folds the white one. I'm getting conflicting information from other sources that "the coloured side/the side
with folds facing downwards of the surgical mask should face outwards".
(I can't tell properly because the colors for both sides are shown rather pale in this video.)
But maybe the standard is different from India? I dunno, I'm just one concerned citizen coming from the Philippines. There seems to be (non-approved) cheap masks around that decided to turn both sides to be the same color (w/o instruction), so I wished to know the inside-out by their folds.
