Long time watcher, first time commenting though. I think I have seen all your videos at least 6 times. You explain everything so well! Thank you for taking the time to do these videos. I look forward to them every week and when you throw in an extra video... just color me happy! You are so creative and I really appreciate you doing these!
Your videos are wonderful for beginners. I have gifted two sets of these placemats and have learned much about piecing and enjoyed the ditch in the ditch quilting. The Bali 20 strips packs are beautiful. I have a long ways to go but you will teach me a lot. Glad I found you! Thank you.
Donna, You are amazing. You explain everything with enough detail to make it easy to follow. Thank you
U r great mam,I like your work
Thank you dear...
Perfect! I can see using a lot of leftover jelly strips for this. Thanks for sharing another great pattern, Donna! LOVE Jordan Fabrics!
Love this pattern. Thank you for the video! Y’all are so kind to have the give aways! How anyone could give any of your videos a thumbs down, I’ll never understand.
Your videos are awesome. Your teaching is simple and clear. 💝💝💝💝
Great tip about "pressing with the hands on the back; and closing up the seam by stitching on the back". I learn something every video.
Watched it again learned something new each time. Many thanks.
I can't even watch the placemat demo, as I am fixated on all those unopened shipping boxes full of yummy fabrics at the start of the video...I will come and work for free just to do all the un-boxing...!!!
Oh Yes! Me too!!!
I just want to touch all of it.
I'm so glad I'm not the only one, the struggle is real lol
Me 2, I will help for FREEEEEEEEE 😂
@@lindalosier5989 I am so glad to know that I am not the only one that loves to feel fabric.
I so love how you not only show us how to make quilts and other projects, but also share what goes on in your shop. Enjoyed watching you open those boxes!
Super cute placemats!! Can’t wait to try it! Side note, I love your dress!! You look great in it!
Beautiful fabric absolutely love the colours.
You should try doing fabric unboxing videos, I've seen other businesses that do them and they are very popular.
I made several sets of your other placemats (tutorial) for Christmas gifts last year........ I think I'm going to make these! Everyone loved receiving handmade placemats that are machine washable!
Opening up those boxes is like Christmas. Love your tutorials.
Love those Bali Poppy batiks :)
What a wonderful job you did. I really like it.
I used a similar pattern to this on the border of the Lotus Blossom quilt that i finished last month. I called it a chevron design and it took about five days for me to make this border for a queen size quilt. I will send a picture when we get it quilted. Thank you so much for all your great tutorials and all your free patterns. They are greatly appreciated by all your faithful followers.
Love the fabric for the placemats and pattern. Your dress is Beautiful live the pretty fabric and style.

Your tutorials are by far the best. You explain everything so clearly while you sew or cut or press. Your videographer gives us each view we need to do as you’ve done. He is terrific! I assume you edit because each video is so perfect. I watch so many quilting, card making, and cooking videos, and yours are by far the best. You present top quality videos. Donna and Matt you are outstanding teachers and your camera man is exceptional. I so wish I lived close enough to visit your store. Thank you for giving us Covid bound quilters such quality enjoyment!
Donna, I love watching your videos! Being a Senior such as myself, I appreciate how you take time to slowly explain every step you do when making something beautiful, which is everything you make! I absolutely love your Christmas Napkins AND the apron (from yardage). The black apron with the white daisies. Thank you so much for all your videos!Please....keep them coming :)

Love this pleacements, nice colors!! Thanks for sharing 💟
All of us quilters could absolutely go bonkers in that store, all that lovely material 😁😂🤣😃💟❣
We don't actually use table runners and placemats in our house. However, I've been studying these tutorials with interest because I have started making baby quilts for Project Linus UK and almost *any* of these patterns could easily be turned into a baby quilt. This set of placemats, for instance, could be done quite easily perhaps with some narrow sashing in between or just pushed together as one quilt top. The flip method is nice and easy to use with baby quilts, as I don't use any binding on mine, just a quilt top with either some batting and a soft flannel backing or with a fleece backing and no batting. Also, I only want minimal stitch in the ditch quilting, so this method works really well for that. Thanks for all the helpful tutorials on these items!
always great camera work!
Wonderful quilker
Thanks for one more video.
Watched this again. Learn something new each time. Thank you.
Love the way that you get the ripple effect. Would be great for lots of projects. Quilts, totes, bags, etc. A lot easier than other methods that I have seen.
