Absolutely loving this, recently left a 60k job in the city, moved to the Midlands and working in a warehouse for not a lot more than feeling good about chucking heavy boxes around and doing 30k steps a day. I'm sure I'll want to go back to my trade in a few months, but definitely enjoying the change, been great for my mental health. Hearing you two talking blunt makes me feel vindicated, you can be as happy with not a lot as you can with loads

Ah my two favourite men! Going to fan boy now! James Haskell love your music, got me in techno recently and love the podcast with Chloe, it's made me laugh during working from home finding it hard some days, so thank you. James Smith, same as really love your work, loved the first book, second book will be bought. Also Haskell, after listening to your podcasts I'll be picking up your book for sure. Just thank you both.

A lot of really good points. One of them being the way the world is going. Nobody can say anything offensive freedoms of speech being censored. People have to pretend to be this perfect person, mainstream media is completely horrendous, I think the majority of the British public shares this view but the vast majority is too scared to speak out against it.

Just downloaded ‘Not a Life Coach’ after watching this a few weeks ago and it’s given me a good lift after what’s been a really difficult month. Thanks for the recommendation 👍🏻

Really enjoyed this and it covered lots of interesting points. Don't agree with James Smith's point about celebrity scrutiny entirely. Cantina was threatened with jail time and served community hours but I agreed with his principal. If Trevor from Ipswich was caught sniffing coke he would lose his job. Surely there's a bit of responsibility to your trade when you're a pro athlete, take a decision to do illegals, which then dictates the punishment.

Hi James will follow this pod for sure but am not sure if it is just me but the swearing really grates - its fu*cking this and fu*cking that from the guest. Just so unnecessary and not needed.
