It needs to be seen how the bus drivers & conductors behave with ladies once it's free. Also there will be a doubt that Drivers will not stop buses for pickup if there is ladies as passengers. Government has to keep a eye on this behaviour of bus employees. When people give money & travel they show bad behaviour, if travel is free, their behaviour to be seen.
