The Father's Day Showdown is our 64-car, double elimination, invitational, dad's only, spectator drags, die cast racing tournament.
2024 marks the fifth year of the annual event.
This is the first year of racing on the quarter mile oval in the "Freedom Shed" (Thanks Cam Slater for the legendary name).

Well, i'm no prophet, but i never doubted my boy in the superbird! That winners bracket final he clearly got a slow start, distracted by a squirrel, or a moose, or something. But i knew he was coming back!
Actually, i had no idea, and i was cheering from my couch like i was watching a football game . This was a great final and you could not have scripted a better build-up to the final race.
