Also I love your theory about how the robots COULD come to life but those robots look very damaged and red apparently wanted blue to go elsewhere before they are late which means red probably won't have time to activate the robots in the new location which could mean that the robots were there as previous experiments before the real rainbow friends could come to life

My theory. I believe that because we are going up to the surface we might encounter not as many rainbow friends because of them being part of odd world and the place originated from chapter one. Again I might be wrong because red mentioned that they where going to be late, which I'm guessing that he means they're going to be late for the light show that was shown on the calendar. They will probably be adding different shades of colors of the rainbow like cyan was. We will probably be seeing pink because pink was a very popular fan made monster and people expected him to be in chapter two. Chapter 3 will be the last chapter because of the time-line and all the events. You have to help arrange the light show by getting wires, lightbulps, metal, and snacks. Every night though a new challenge appears and you gotta try your best to survive. There might be a part where you encounter red trying to escape then he takes you to the light show and you gotta do tasks for him so you can escape. At the end you will have to run from red because he decides to keep you to make you a rainbow friend and make you his minion. I hope you enjoyed this theory. I tried my best to find as much evidence as I could to make this theory.

my theory red might mix the robots so he can design a new theme park then odd world. is abandoned then it will be rebuilt then reds new theme park is closed
I think the robots were for the cart ride since if robot blue was for chapter 3 it would be in chapter 3 since why have the robot blue walking in chapter 2?
Alright hear me out.... So as we saw in the last chase with cyan we saw this robots. But agian we thought they were going to be burned. That Maybe because these could be The orignal rainbow friends and were originally made for Entertainment. Then maybe Some incident happened in which the robots may have Malfunctioned or they may Have broken down.
