is unit being used as a short term rental? are short term rentals allowed? Are utilities individually metered? Approx. HOA fees? Stayed nearby last tine I was there, Infinity Bay is the most luxurious resort in West Bay and nightly rentals are high. Common areas were superb and they had a band play at the beach end during the evening.. If one can afford, highly recommend.
