Yellowstuff is good but still creates as much dust as OEM mini pads, I would recommend you go with the red stuff instead, as they create less dusting and still have good bite. Your brembos would make up for the extra bite the yellows have on regular calipers. I have the yellow stuff on regular calipers and they do bite better on cold rotors, but I do have to wash the wheels more often than the car itself. Also the red pads will match your red calipers too.

No, I got pilot sport all season 4's on my car and it's still loud. I bet it's even worst with factory runflats.
