Btalic sector people deserves PVC but col sharma distorted the facts. Brig Davinder Singh retired without any promotion cuz of his good decisions.
Brig Devinder Singh must confess that Indian70 Brigade failed miserably against two companies plus of NLI and could not clear even one post held accross the LOC till 16 July 99 when Pakistan I forces withdrew due to US pressure on Pakistan.
