The Supreme Court refused to stay an Allahabad High Court order which allowed a primary survey of the Shahi Idgah mosque complex adjacent to the Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi Temple in Uttar Pradesh's Mathura.

I feel fortunate to have been born in the southern part of India, where we don't encounter many of these challenges. This might be one of the reasons why some of the major states are still lagging behind in development compared to the southern regions.

Bro this all happened when Mughals invaded parts near Delhi and went on to conquer parts of India. Although the southern part was not much in their control and even many dharmic sthals are in Northern India., so to show up their religion Mughals built a lot of Mosque by breaking 1000+ temples during their time period. So court has to take orders while keeping people beliefs and are unable to see major cases.
