How To Build A Camera Box

I hate carrying around my huge Camera Bag, and I'm terrified of putting my camera into my backpack raw - so I needed a medium-sized solution to carry my DSLR anywhere without risking it's complete destruction (or a tiny scratch)!
Made from trash and scraps, this box is built out of reclaimed plywood (no barnwood or palettes, sorry), left-over spray-paint, some leather scraps, old screws from the widowed wife of a deceased handyman, a random toaster sign and a Santa hat.
I tried sticking to hand tools, as I love the imperfect aesthetic and keeping it budget-friendly (also I'm broke).
Ready to do crazy Videography anywhere now! (i.e. going home for christmas, that's it)

Heute gibt es vom Sicherheitsbeauftragten ein Lob. Der Mangel an Schnellrotierendem Werkzeug scheint deiner Gesundheit zuträglich. Es wirkt an keiner Stelle so, als wolltest du dir Finger oder andere Körperteile abschneiden. Beim Sprühen im Raum drücke ich heute mal ein Auge zu. Tolles Projekt!

for me it really depends. i love the aesthetic of both, but beautiful old flatheads are definitely easier to find :)
