My son and I visited Fribourg in August of 2016, it seems like yesterday. We took the 365 steps up Cathédrale St. Nicholas and for a small fee we received a map for a walking tour, it's a beautiful city and a hidden gem. I had been there over 35 years ago when in my early twenties, my parents lived there for five years. Thank you for the memories my friend.

Cause Fribourg is a wonderful city but at the same time not really entertaining. Plus, there is a University that attract a lot of students from all over the Switzerland. Most of them, in the weekend and holidays. goes back to their Cantons like Vaud, Geneva, Ticino, Jura, Valais. Same from a lot of workers that come from Bern, Lausanne and even Geneva !
I would take Switzerland everytime. Too dangerous in USA with stupid gun laws and politics are atrocious there. I think the democrats have ruined USA for me. Did you know in Switzerland most men have personal guns because of their army service. And still very little gun crime. It's the Swiss mentality.
La beauté est special pour vous pir un grand mot c'est une ville médiéval on voyage dans le temps avec cette ville et d'ailleurs une ville touristique bien aimé de pas mal de nationalité du monde mais chacun a son goût
