This would have been EPIC ‼ Fans may have forgotten Ash in 2005 but this would have reintroduced him, his franchise was 1st (understandably was forgotten by some). & Freddy getting Killed twice would make Jason look better him, BUT THE IDEAS WE'RE SO GENIUS ‼ We truly MISSED OUT😥.... Dude instead of freddy dying, they could have suggested sending him to the deadite realm like in the comic so he technically doesn't die yknow. Still sad this hasn't happened. Maybe in a future mortal kombat game
Yup. And because of that stupidity we missed out on a movie that would've not only been appealing to general audiences but a horror fanboy's wet dream. I mean, It's not like both freddy and jason "die" and get ressurected in each movie right? Sheesh.
As much as I would have loved to have seen it, I don't think it would have been a smash hit. Ash is a horror icon to horror fans, but I don't think the character is big enough to be recognised by or bring in a casual audience. They should have courted a Michael Myers or Leatherface instead
he would be recognized if they had made that movie. freddy vs jason vs leatherface or michael would be very nonsense, matt cordell vs michael would make more sense
