You think so? The expected population of this city was 2 million when completed (in 2020), but by end of 2018, it seems the population was 7000. Just because they have so much oil money, they might have poured into this. Or may be it will meet it's objectives, after all experts would have planned and suggested it to the King.

After returning from the extreme south of Saudi Arabia Abrar Hassan claims that he spent two days in Jeddah and on the third day he starts his onward journey which will remain close to the coastal line. After about a journey of 125 km he reaches King Abdullah Economic city. He tries his best to explore this city for himself and for his viewers. I am also one of the viewers. I thank him from the core of my heart for all this. He tries to give such feelings to his viewers as if they themselves are touring and not any one else. He deserves many many thanks from my side. The coasted waters of the Red Sea gave a very fine look. The huge buildings and show rooms enhance the beauty of the city. Once it is ready it is going to become the most beautiful city in the word. Then more and more people will start pouring in to add to its hustle and bustle. If Sh. Abrar Hassan could show its international airport then it would have been much better because people will prefer only air flights to visit this city of the Arabian peninsula which is known for its unbearable and hostile climate. The selection of the location of this city along the coast of a big water body makes it more attractive. The beautiful and green parks and the artificial water bodies give to this city a very fine look. The way it is developed speaks out its beauty that it will have when it will be fully ready.
Badr Battle Field Area 05.06.2022
Badr Battle Field is about 182 km away from the King Abdullah Economic city and it will take about two and half hours for Abrar Hassan to reach there. At a petrol pump he fills the tank of his ‘Rangili’ to its brim. Then after he starts his onward journey and reaches Badr. The city is very beautiful and full of resorts for the tourists. There he joins his friend who was waiting for him. Badr has religious importance. It is a place where a battle had been fought in the past. Abrar Hassan better knows about the historical background and importance of that place. He had explained it fully. It is virtually a burial place and is under renovation. It has a high boundary wall around it. The iron wire mesh is fixed in the walls that make everything visible inside but its photography is not allowed.
Yanbu 05.06.2022
The next destination for Abrar Hassan and his friend is Yanbu which is famous for its oil industry and refineries. Abrar Hassan had arranged a meeting there with his viewers. On the way he passes by a hill like dune of sand. On reaching the city he meets his people-men, women and children. Photo snaps are taken with mobiles. After the meeting they disburse and he and his friend start search for a hotel room. The name of his friend is Yasar. Even after long search they are able to find none in Yanbu. Yasar kept saying that finding room is no problem in this city but today his statement has gone false. Then they go to Umluj. There they find a room and enter in it at about 02:30 AM the next day. The room is double bed and cozy but very costly. It cost about $40. Here I’ll like to point out that the episode 17 does not make it very clear as to how they came to Umluj from Yanbu.
