After recording I realized so much of what I said can be very correlated to the fact that I am also a woman. In general, society expects us to serve and not disturb. So I know my experience is not only related to my upbringing alone, but also to the fact that I am a woman who was taught to live accordingly to society’s expectations and not to fight against it.
