Intuitive Living: A Journey to Authenticity and Self Discovery

Too much information prevents us from being in touch with ourselves. Being mindful of what type of information we expose ourselves to is part of proper hygiene. Intuition speaks in silence. Authentic living means being true to ourselves and trusting our inner guidance. The more we explore and get to know ourselves, the more authentic we can be. Self trust is a consequence of exploring and knowing ourselves. Intuition is the only guidance we really need. With these practices, we tap into our true power. Because conformity is a disease. Doubt is a poison. Falsehood, an illusion. To be authentic is to be alive, awakened and real.

@@kumipermaecovillageghana I mean sincerity as authenticity, spontaneity, being true to ourselves... which means we are either in alignment with who we really are, our "true being", soul, higher self, or whatever... or we are not.
