Hi. Good scooter. Has it got reverse? Or you need to turn the front wheel 180 grades to do it?
Hello. Thank you for watching! The I-Ride does not have a reverse function. You either have to manually reverse with your legs or turn the scooter around.
I need to upgrade this is ok but more just for recreation but cool
This is a really cool scooter for someone that needs something light weight and that doesn't need armrests. It's certainly not the most friendly option for someone that needs a mobility device to help with mobility issues. You're right its more of a recreational scooter.
look very nice 👍👍
Thanks for watching our video and commenting! We appreciate the support.
This looks good, I'm young but my hip is sore with a lot of walking , I don't drive so this would be great to take the pressure of my hip
Dose This Scooter battery charger work in Us and Europe ah they have different volt electric powder?
You would need to use a travel adapter in Europe. You can order them on Amazon just search for eu travel adapter
Do they make these for Higher weight capacity?
No, they only make this one model like this. There is something similar called the Triaxe scooter which we also carry. Here is a link to check it out: www.mobilityscootersdirect.com/mobility-scooters/triaxe-sport-travel-mobility-scooter.html
Wish Disneyland would force people to use lighter / compact mobility scooters. The ones they rent out are like tanks that will hurt if they run over anyone.
I noticed most people are using a rental company that is off-site, but I agree they should have some compact options like this one for those that want it. Thanks for watching and for the comment JetFalcon.
How much? Trying like crazy to get one my DRs can’t do it with my insurance and my quality of life has gone down majorly
I’m 25 last year my health issues started when 24
Can’t walk far and don’t want a scooter that looks embarrassing I like the look of this a lot
How much in the US would it be?
This model was just recently discontinued by the manufacturer, Pride Mobility, but it is being replaced with a better version soon. Keep on the look out! We'll be posting about it as soon as they're launched.
@@MobilityDirect oh it’s discontinued? I saw it on Amazon a few minutes ago could those be scams then ? I appreciate telling me
@@tinyty6570 Unfortunately, a lot of mobility scooters on Amazon and Facebook are scams, you definitely have to be careful. I do believe there's a few left, but yes they were discontinued last month. The newer model will be wayyyyy better in my opinion.
@@MobilityDirect I hope it comes out soon I’d love to get it
And thank you I didn’t realize Amazon can have scams too
Wouldn’t want to spend so much money and it goes to waste
Thanks so much
@@tinyty6570 Of course! It's sad the amount of scams out there. A good rule of thumb for mobility scooters, if the price seems too good to be true, it probably is. Mobility devices usually start around $800 at the lowest. We will definitely be posting once it's released! Hopefully soon :)
How much is it??
$1,199 at the time of this comment (subject to change in the future). Here is a link to see more information: www.mobilityscootersdirect.com/pride-mobility/i-ride-mobility-scooter.html
How much does it cost
Pride Mobility just released the updated model, the iRide 2.0! It is $1,199: www.mobilityscootersdirect.com/mobility-scooters/i-ride-mobility-scooter.html
My wife's Travel Scoot only ways 35 lbs. battery included.
Wow, that's impressive. We're going to need to look into this. Thanks for the info and for watching.
Can you fly with this battery
You should be able to because it has less than 300 WH but you always should check with the airline first. Explain it has a lithium battery, 36 volts and 5.2 AH.
@@MobilityDirect Scooters for travel requires an ON/OFF Switch with a KEY!! Please let me know if I'm wrong.
@@MobilityDirect I've traveled extensibly with my scooter in the US and Europe. It's not up to the airlines, it's upto the government (check with the FAA). Please check out out yourself and not go by what you think and tell us conclusively.
TopMate ES32 34.6 pounds
Sorry, I'm not sure what that means, but thank you for watching and for the comment!
It’s looks so much like an early Pride Go-Go I owned. Rather disappointing in all those years that except for better battery and no deck plate almost the exact in features . Still slow as a snail I see with short distance. And looks like it is still a pain to bend down for folding. Same old folding features. So many modern folding scooters have better tech than this. . At least my GoGo had a reverse though. Pride is usually the first scooters I go to purchase so this is very disappointing.
Pride is a great manufacturer! They are redesigning some of their models to improve them.
Too heavy and way too slow
This happens to be the lightest model out there unfortunately. Hopefully something else comes out soon that will be even lighter. Thanks for your comment!
The HandyScoot is lighter at 42 lbs and can go 9 mph, but it's nearly double the price at $2,300!
Looks great. Do you have anything close to this footprint that goes faster than 3.7 mph max?
There is a scooter called the Triaxe but it is not as fast. Faster scooters require bigger motors, bigger motors, weigh more. www.mobilityscootersdirect.com/mobility-scooters/triaxe-sport-travel-mobility-scooter.html
