This is the first dance event footage I've ever seen. I really would have liked to have gone to something like this. In the second battle, it seemed like both duos had a guy that wasn't that good.
you have to engage the inner muscles located where your abs are. which is our core. you can be a lot stronger and have better posture and have a six pack by doing this in every action you do. you can do what glitch does by engaging your core. look it up online. :)
@RoflpAntZ i was talking about Andriod and Glitch part vs those others guys. That was the only part worth watching. The second part of that video wasnt all that great. im not hating but im slimply stating my opinion. I never said there wasnt room for improvement. So with that I stand corrected. No one at that competition is killing Andriod and Glitch.
