  • Come join me as I camp alone for a few days at the Mount Desert Campground to explore Acadia National Park. Such an amazing time, even with the heavy rains this past summer in Maine! Follow along to see places to eat, things to do, and to check out how I use the Island Explorer bus system. Thank you so much for being here!

Really great job! Everytime I see a video of the view on top of Gorham..I'm like "so that's what the view is like" I got total thick fog when I was up there on the first video I ever made in Acadia...but I loved that hike and the fog I always seem to get anyway. but thank you for showing the great view you got and all the other great footage you got!

Hahah oh nooo! I’m so thankful the clouds cleared for that one! We had a little bit of the Canadian wildfire smoke that day, but at least I got the views! Thanks for watching 🤗

So many videos dont show the "boulder" portion of jordan pond path so thank you for doing that!
I hate boudlering of any kind, there are few enough that its a challenge but not too many that its exhausting.
Now the eagle lake, (eagle lake lake trail) that cuts close to the water on the backside of the lake was horrendous its almost a mile of car size boulders and i was exhausted on that. I ended up taking a trail back to the carriage road because it was just too much. But still had 2-3 miles on the carriage trail before getting done.
I was however completely alone on that bit of trail too.

There are so many of those crazy trails just hanging out waiting to be found all over Acadia! Love that. Will definitely check it out next time for some more boulder punishment hahah thanks for sharing!
