Awesome job Cliff
Thanks a lot
Looking good.
Thanks 👍
Good work 🥶
Thanks 💯 I appreciate ya
I never commit to a job for pavers until I see it. What you did is the exact reason why I tell customers I won’t give a quote until I see what I’m working with. Thank you sir for showing this video and keeping it 100 as always! This is a good example for other contractors doing sealing jobs 😊. We appreciate you sir!
Looks like a $1500 dollar job
Yea I'm not driving 1.5hrs round trip for a free estimate. If it's nearby definitely would go see it in person though. Yes sir! Thanks for checking it out 💪🏾
🗣Big Cliff ‼️👊🏾👏🏾
Big CJ! Happy new year
@@PinkFlamingoPowerWash 💪🏾💪🏾🫡
Dang seal n lock! I a, going to a training in Lakeland to see this action.
I dig it. Not bad at all
I all ways give u the thumbs up my friend. You have all this nice equipment. And then u go and pull out that blower oooo boy lol
Gotta get that surface nice and clean. 😊😊
Old school wood mixing.😮
Classic
Is there any reason for the long wand on this one? Figured you'd be using your new shooter tip and m5 twist🤔🤷♂️
That was before I got it 👍🏽
I’m loving it! McLovin! Nice job Cliff! 🎉
Thanks so much
Great video Cliff I had my first paver job cleaning, sanding, and sealing just before Christmas the only thing I feel I did wrong was not blowing enough sand below the top of the paver in some spot I was afraid. That I was going to blow too much out of the crack and yes, I agree the pavers looks better when the sand is down in the cracks. what is the different between Poly sand and silica sand? Watching all your videos gave me the confidents that I could get the job done I learn where I made mistake so the next paver job, I do be even better thanks again for all you do to help others.
Silica sand is more easier to manage. Poly sand will harden like concrete with any moisture touching it making it a little more of a nuisance
Paver sealing is where its at. You gotta try trident one time and see how you like it 👌
True. That thing just so dang expensive
@@PinkFlamingoPowerWash I hear ya. I had to find a way to make it work. The sand colors is what sells the jobs for me it seems like. Worth looking into.
@roman0835 the sand options are nice. I can always buy the sand. I've gotten it a few times. The platinum, tan and pearl. The sealer kits though yikes! You know the trident headquarters is right here in my city? I've been there once so far
@@PinkFlamingoPowerWash you know the deal. And yes, I've heard that before about the price. I always just explain to the customer what they are paying for and not home depot stuff lol 😆
@roman0835 yep same as I do now lol. Say no to home depot stuff!!!
I don’t know if you still bring people on but I need some training! Got some paver sealing jobs coming up? I’m in the St Pete area
No more free trainings
Another great video!. What determines if you wet sand or dry sand the job?
Nothing at all. But it's easier to wet sand in a big open area.
That oil cleaned up real nice. What degreaser?
They used overnight spot remover and then I used stampede plus on it when I got there.
You guys did a well done job 👍to you both😊
Thanks Dean!
Cliff, what brand of sealer do you use?
I use a brand called Rain Guard. It’s about 30.00 per gallon and it’s pre mixed and it covers about 200 sq ft.
I also set up my 5 gallon bucket with the 1 HP pump. Got tired of the pump up sprayer.
Your job makes the pavers look new. Great job
I normally use deco products silicast. But this job I used seal n lock.
@@PinkFlamingoPowerWash thanks brother. I know there is a lot of product out there. I think I’ll give Trident a go and see how they are.
Have you used them before?
Thanks
@robertlam-qd1xb nah I've never used trident sealer. I've used their sand That's it. If you're using trident make sure to charge a lot more for your paver job to cover the cost.
@@PinkFlamingoPowerWash Roger that. Thanks for the info as always.
Can you reuse that 12 volt pump after a sealing job?
Heck yea lol just rinse it with pine sol
Those pavers were played properly fa sho. As for the oil stains, they disappeared 👻
Great ticket for sure
Yes they are. Thank you!
How’s the IGX 800 running?
Haven't used it on a job. Gonna give it some run time this week
Hey cliff I recently started a pressure washing business in the Tampa area and had some questions on my pricing was wondering if there was a better way to reach you since ik you don’t like to talk prices on CZcams
Hey I got a series on how to structure your pricing. There's a few ways you can go about it.
How to Quote Pressure Washing and Soft Wash Jobs: czcams.com/play/PLdc6UvkrA3l_EZwscsDjG7uEfqBih4wWM.html
@Cliff if you don’t mind me asking, what are you guys getting per Sqft for paver sealing there in FL?
I'm not gonna put my price on CZcams but I've seen low as $1 and high as $2-3 a sq ft
what kind of degreaser did you use to get rid of that stain?
Stampede Plus
@@PinkFlamingoPowerWash Where can I find this product?
@91321469 you can't buy it online. The local supplier doesn't ship It from my knowledge but you can call them. Pressure washer products
@@PinkFlamingoPowerWashThank you Cliff. I have a company here in Clermont, FL. LEOM Services LLC 👊🏼👊🏼👊🏼👊🏼
I love your videos Bro
Is that your new go to sealer? Thanks.. looks good
I wouldn't say that. 1st time trying it
Why do you flood it to begin with?
Soak the pavers to make sure they're completely sealed and the flood helps lock the sand in the joints
mr cliff there a product its like watered down tooth past its a cream you pourit on let it sit for a bit it extract ethe oil from surface i used at my son s in north carolina oil no more its in a green squeeze bottle ill try to remember the name
Yes I know. The one used is called overnight stain removal. Is that the one you're thinking of too?
@@PinkFlamingoPowerWash Mr Cliff I just found out the name of the product it s called pour -n-restore it s a lose liquid till it turns to a power and the oil spot disappears used on my son drive way
@@allengoldman3205 oh cool. I'm gonna give that a try
