In this final door supervisor mock exam we go through some example questions asked during the conflict management section. Have some way to jot down your answers. This video comprises of 30 questions followed by the answers. NOTE: I noticed that the answers could have gone by a little faster to remedy this use the speed option to increase the speed in the videos settings.

A good learning tool, this is my weakest part of the test,. Will keep going tho!

How many do you need to get right to pass
I think it is 15/16 marks to pass this exam.
The music is very very soothing.. sending me to sleep indeed !!it is working .music therapy...I have understood none plays descalation music in night venues any longer ..how about music therapy?!its working for me I will watch this again with tons of coffee and try not to be tigger in the morning .mums dog I have to be up early for getting a jab done in case of another lockdown..I passed the online course 100% as my brain works well in a crisis dont ask me how it just does!!!L O V E THIS MUSIC.......
Is it right that you have to score 100% in the Conflict Management exam to pass? My tutor has drummed this into me over the course, got my exams this afternoon. (2nd July 2020)
@Derek Trotter I passed, but not sure of what score I got. Given the current Covid restrictions I'm not allowed to do the final section of the test (the physical contact part) so can not get my badge until then. I was unsure of a couple of questions in the Conflict Management section (they were about legislation, not common sense) so am unsure what I scored. In answer to your question, I don't think you need 100% to pass. The instructor just drummed that into me to make sure I was paying attention. It worked though! And yes, some of the example questions came up in the exam, but a few surprise ones were thrown in there too. Basically, do a bit of a homework and you'll be fine. Most of it is common sense.
@Derek Trotter Yes mate, did it all online. The course itself was through Zoom, and then you get sent a link to do the actual exam. It was three sets of questions for the exam. Not 100% sure, but it's divided up into three sections, and I seem to remember it being 2 sets of 40 questions, and then the conflict management section which was 20 questions. It might sound a lot, but you get ample time to answer them all. You get about 50mins to do the 40 question sections, and I'd answered them all and then gone back over my answers and even that only took about 20mins. I'm not sure what my actual test results were as I've not been emailed any exact figures, just been told that I've passed the online exam part. I've now got to wait for a date when I can go to a venue so that I can do the physical part of the training, but I've not heard any updates on that yet. I know it's easy for me to say, but don't worry about the exam, it really isn't too hard. Just learn your fire extinguishers, what the coulours on them and their contents and what types of fire you can use them on! Any questions I've not answered just reply to me again. And good luck!

I'm taking my exam tomorrow and for all the security exams its a 70% pas rate so for my conflict management test is out of 20 questions and its 14 to pass, hope that helps :)
