God I’m going to miss her so much. Lightening strikes twice! The beautiful friendship with Kathie Lee and Regis...I thought no way that will ever be matched but she found that with sweet Hoda. A God fearing woman who never was afraid to speak about her faith and it was amazing to see that on television. Most people won’t and I love how she never tried to be anyone else but herself. The first time I saw her was on Name That Tune with Game Show Host Tom Kennedy. At that time she sported a Dorothy Hamill haircut which was popular at the time. When I saw her with Regis, I was so glad she stayed with television. The Today Show with Hoda was icing on the cake, and I enjoyed their comedic moments very much. I first saw KLG when my mom let me be late to first class in high school one morning to watch one of Duran Duran's first TV interviews in the states while they were here in tour. (Yes, I was an obsessed Duranie!). I believe the year was 1984 and for whatever reason, she just made an impression on me. She's grown even more gracious over the years without that ever seeming phony or fake. I've always really liked her. Sad she's leaving but love her outlook on life and how she will be making the best of hers.

I like her, but she said pretty much said the same thing when she left the show she did with Regis, and we barely heard of her or about her after that.
nobody can replace Kathy lee.
What I always liked about her is that she has actual comedic chops. She understands how to deliver a punchline. She could've been a great comedienne or sitcom star.
