Yeah, even my mother never tell me how much salt or other spices i need to put on my dish when i learn to cook something. She'll just say "add as much as you think is enough" Never really tell me how much i need. Even when she make cookies or cake, she never measures the ingredients she uses and they always taste just right 🙂🙂🙂

I’d just take it home, taste it, and experiment. I have a good palette. $50 says I can do it within a week. It might not be exact to the letter, but it will be close enough that the differences should be fairly negligible.
