The Iron Claw star, took Ezer Billie, five, and Dolores Wild, three, for a stroll and was seen wheeling them around in a cart.
The actor - who shares the two girls with estranged wife Addison Timlin, wore a casual outfit for the day, keeping comfortable in a striped button-up and jeans.
Jeremy - who has to undergo alcohol testing in order to spend time with the girls as per his custody agreement- completed the outfit with a light grey hat over his curly brown hair, and a pair of white sneakers.
He and Addison previously tied the knot in 2019 but split up back in May, with the Bear star now romancing Spanish singer Rosalía,
The lovebirds have been inseparable in recent weeks, following Rosalía's split - and the end of her engagement - from Rauw Alejandro in July 2023 and the start of Jeremy's divorce from Addison in May of last year.
In January the pair put on a loved-up display with a steamy make-out session against a car.
The couple first sparked dating rumors in late November of 2023. A source told Us Weekly: 'They started out as just friends, but things have turned romantic recently.'
Before his current relationship, Jeremy met and Addison when they were teenagers filming 2008 mystery thriller film Afterschool together.
A few years later in 2013, Timlin hinted their platonic relationship had recently taken a romantic turn.
'We have a nice foundation from being friends for a long period of time, and then it took a hard right turn into romance,' she told Harper's Bazaar.
In October 2018, the pair welcomed their first child Ezer together. The following year, they tied the knot before welcoming their daughter Dolores in December 2020.
In May 2023, it was reported that Timlin had filed for divorce after three years of marriage.
After the news broke, she took to her Instagram to express her feelings about being a single mother of two kids.
'Being a single mom is not how I pictured it,' she wrote in the caption for a series of photos with Ezer and Dolores. she said. 'It is all out covered in crying on the floor kicking you in the shins screaming with no sound coming out hard. It's not the natural order of things.'
