- This a 3 bedroom 3 bath home I made with a professor/teacher in mind. One of the bedrooms and a bathroom is in the garden style apartment so the main occupant can earn a little extra cash. It was built on the Honeydew Fields in Britechester using the new Discover University pack, Seasons, Cats & Dogs, Parenthood & Laundry Day Stuff.

I love that you included a rental suite in the basement!! It would be awesome if the game eventually allows you to rent space to other sims for extra household income! Like in real life.
If you have Discover University you can rent out a room and collect rent =)

@@Schnuck01 Yeah i love Lucy and Jadis the most, especially lucy fanfiction, i dislike Aslan. It's been a while since i read books, the saddest is their death. Honestly they had immortality? and suddenly finding themself in a forest and ending up back in England, it must have sucked for them.

@@Schnuck01 Of books i only have The Silver Chair the rest i read online. My favorite were the Magician's nephew where they travel and find Charn and ring a bell the other is Prince Caspian the return to Narnia when trees join battle.

Do you think you would ever do a Save File in Sims 4? At this point all my homes are being switched out to Schnuck homrs so I'll have my own soon but if you made a sim file I don't know what I'll do with myself 😲😍 Hope you are having a beautiful Sunday😊
Possibly. I tend to build on certain lots and avoid others but I'm trying to broaden my horizon and include more lots. So I may make a world save file at some point =) Have a great week!

Thank you so much!! This was built on Honeydew Fields in Britechester, it's a 20x15 lot , but it's 20 wide and there are not a lot of lots that are 20 wide (the other 20x15 lots are 15 wide 20 to the back.)

Thank you! I did not make the pictures, they are from the gallery. In the lot description I always hashtag the simmers who recreated them. If you use the gallery I believe the photos in this build came from Mandykay77, Juwels64 & SimsationalToo - they have tons of cool artwork to download.

Yes, you just remove the ceiling in the area you want open, you'll have to draw walls to partition off the areas you don't want the ceiling removed =)

what cheats do you use except motherlode and bb.moveobjects?
I have MC command center so I have all cheats enabled all the time - testingcheats on, moveobjects, showhiddenobjects and showliveeditobjects. You only need to have moveobjects on to place the lot and place furnished so any debug objects I used in landscaping show.

Can someone explain why the hell people make separate room for doing laundry?
Doing laundry is quick task, why people dedicate room to it? In my country washing machines are placed in bathroom, the room that you spent a little time and already has plumbs in it.
It is common in The United States to have a laundry room, different countries have different styles. Now I live in Germany and also have a separate laundry/storage room. I personally think laundry in like the kitchen like you see often in the UK would be weird, but different folks, different strokes.

Tray files are an alternative way to download the home without using the gallery.

@@sliceoflife3611 The game may replace some of the items with stuff from the packs you have and some items may be completely missing, from furniture to wallpaper & tiles. You will still have the basic shell, though.
