It’s not only for makeup only. I would use it for all my skin care products and hair brushes for travelling.
FINALLY someone talking about what you can actually fit in the different pouches and what they’re perfect for instead of an extremely painstaking review where someone slowly takes out every random makeup item they pack and talks about it forever. 😅 my impatient brain says THANK YOU! I was leaning towards the nice bb and i’m picking it up tomorrow. and now I have my eye on the LV cosmetic GM. ❤

Fellow collector here 🙋♀️I have all 4 sizes of the LV Nice. My most used is the BB and the Nano. The least used is the Vanity. I use my nano on flights as I can put all of my flight essentials in it and tuck it right next to me either on the side table or on my seat. I like it better than the other pouches for flights because of the lid, it makes everything easy to find. I really enjoy your videos, thank you

The Nice Mini & bigger Fendace pouch are my faves, mostly because I own them, and I love how they're polar opposites: structured to squishy! Both are perfect for their uses. I'm in the market for a smaller Fendi & the larger Nice BB now... they're addictive! 🤩

Congratulations on 7k! I don’t own a lot of makeup and what I do own I barely use. But I love pouches. Almost all of my pouches are non luxury, are machine washable, and I use them for all sorts of things, including holding some of my make up. I do own an LV PM makeup pouch in damier azure and I use it as a tech case. I’ll carry a spare power bank and cords for my phone, a couple pairs of AirPods. I do like carrying it, along with my LV Pencil case (my one piece from the Kusama collection) then taking both out and setting them on my desk at work. It’s a flex. I’m open to getting a few more pieces. I’d like something from Fendi. I could use them for office supplies, which I’m obsessed with.

This was great. I have the LV Nice large size and it's great. Bought my mom the regular cosmetic pouch and it's way too small for me. I didn't even know they made a GM size! Sold! Seriously awesome review!

Another wonderful video Meredith. I've never seen that large LV cosmetic pouch and will check it out the next time I'm in the store. I have the toiletries which I like. I also have an old toiletry that is different from the ones sold today that I love. I can't remember for sure, but it may have been more of a shaving kit marketed to men.

I’m like you, I have a massive makeup collection, that’s my weakness lol. I’m a big collector. Packing makeup or everything really when travelling is a nightmare for me. I take everything and use none of it 😅 I envy those who can pack conservatively. I know I will never be that person and I’m just gonna have to be ok with that 😂

Great review as always. Speaking as someone who also travels with a lot of products and someone who likes all my accessories to be Luxury brands, I’ve actually found I save so much time in searching for my products on holiday since I bought a set of 3 clear ones. The largest one is Huge, you also get a medium and a small. They are completely Waterproof inside & out, they wipe clean, I can see everything at a glance. I still like the smaller luxury ones for day to day bags as they may actually get seen by someone other than me. But on holiday, who’s actually seeing them in my hotel bathroom? The clear sets are available on eBay / Amazon etc for a fraction of the price and I think they are game changer.
Same. I just use large ziploc baggies, helps contain spills too.

I own all the LV cosmetic GM , the LV toiletry bag collection 15, 19 and 26 and my newest and favorite is the new style LV beauty pouch. I also have the LV Nice BB. It's amazing too!!! Highly recommend ❤

I love cosmetic pouch and I had to go with my first love LV ❤.. I have the pouch in the pm and gm and the toiletry 19 . My nice BB is my first love however I find it difficult to pack it in my carry and I’m too afraid to put in my check luggage… 😂 first world problem .. great video I will definitely check out Fendi

I love my Nice BB it's one of my favourite items from LV!! I have the original style cosmetic pouch in the GM size and agree it's not quite big enough, but I make it work for me....however I think after seeing this video I'm going to have to add the new style GM pouch for when I want to carry a bit more or for longer trips. I think there might also be a valid reason for adding the PM pouch....
There is always a reason, we just need to think of it! Lol

The LV pouches are really great because they are wipeable. I have two of the three toiletry cases, and the small cosmetic pouch that I carry for touchups. I carry a lot of skin care items too and can’t seem to reduce my load. I use the Nice BB for skin care, deodorant etc. I pack in in a bag so it’s not obvious what it is if they check my bag….I have the mini and the mini mini bolide Hermes cases, but since they are canvas they aren’t really functional make up kits. I use them for cords/ chargers too. I sometimes use the LV packing cubes for makeup. I should see if Samorga would do organizers for those, that would be a good item for brushes and compacts! I wish they still made the Gucci key case, lots of people use those for lippies and small items. I liked the shape of it. I have an old small Gucci make up bag but it was canvas and so beat up, they can’t repair/refurbish it 😢. I love your videos, always so insightful. Thanks for doing these. Sadly I’m not on Tik tok (yet)…

As someone who usually pokes a lippie into an overstuffed mini pochette, I don’t think this video is for me 😆. I do have two Dior free-gift-with-purchase ones I’m still using which are about 20 yrs old. Two sizes, they’ve 2 compartments, large for make up and the other for brushes and can be thrown in the washing machine. I have never found anything as good as these in all this time. Anya Hindmarsh’s In-Flight pouch has a similar design but clear… I like to hide my mess!

Great video! What are your thoughts on LV Dopp toiletry? I just purchased one yesterday. I initially wanted to purchase my second toiletry 25 but LV discontinued it. 😢
I thought about getting the cosmetic pouch GM but was worried about corner wears where they are folded on top.
But considering you love yours so much, I'm giving a second thought!
The drop kit is ok. I use mine for my hair products when I travel. I wouldn’t use it for makeup as I think liners would slide out the end in transit.
Great video! I’ve been looking forward to your take on these makeup pouches. Personally, I’m a messy, messy person. I spill makeup (whether liquid or powder) constantly, I set my pouches in counter water at home and at hotels, etc. So I’ll probably stick to my Coach and Kate Spade ones, but if I ever get my act together, it’s nice to know which luxury ones may work best!

I have the 2 gucci and I love them. I like a more structured pouch because I hate when things wobbles inside and I have to dig for what I want. I am debating on the LV new large pouch. The price is holding me back. Lol

I feel im weird cause im a guy and i use cosmetic pouches (or medium pouches with the wristlet handle) to carry my sunglasses, spare phone, hand sanitizers, keys, vape as they’re not too big but not too small?

Water spots, bleeding of the print, and it also depends what it gets wet with. Toner, cleanser, and other bathroom staples could ruin it.

@@livingluxwithmeredith So... I just realized something lol, and I don't know why my brain wasn't working earlier lolll... I bought a pre loved one... And I like to wash with baby soap/dish soap my items and dry them out. There was no fabric bleed! lolll So yes i think we're good and I'm pretty sure Dior pre treats the fabric so it doesn't bleed otherwise it would be poor quality not of high luxury standards. Ok so nevermind! Thank you for replying though!

You just scream rich. (Not meant to sound rude) Do you have a collection or picture of everything luxury that you own?! I don’t use makeup anymore but I do have vintage TROUSSE 23 and 28. Need to get zippers repaired, LV quotes $295 each. Is it worth it? I paid $200 each but it’ll cost me double and more to repair. I only like the cosmetic pouch GM but don’t think I should drop $955 since I don’t use it for makeup anymore…what do you think?
I have a wardrobe tour video planned for the future. Only you can decide if the repairs are worth it, and for that I suggest getting a quote from LV.
