    My speculation would be temporary 1620 behemoth then when t4 drops it’s gunna be 1620=1640 transition

      Would make sense. No point it staying 1620 after T4, would just be rough with less mats

    I cut a 9/8 cursed doll / hit master stone for my GS. I'm sure there would had been better options but isn't that still pretty good?

      @@TheAckwardNinja every engraving is a nerfed version in t4 until you go relic.
      Kb is your best friend as you have 90% crit and no other crit dng sources

    Make elixir and transcendence roster wide pleaseeee, like an unlock that we can apply to all of our characters gear. They dont even make money with these systems anymore since the amount of events increased.

      WineBlue has a guide on how to cut Elixir, been out since they released, its how I and friends have cut 35 and 40 set with epics and how we all cut 40 set for 40k to 80k in 2 weeks when they released.
      With the newest changes I cut 40 set on 5 new 1620s, it cost like 10k to 15k gold each character, this was before the newest update that allows you to pick 1.
      After the new update I cut 35 set on 3 1600/1610s in under 15 silver elixirs each.
      Biggest mistake people make when cutting is not valuing blues. You nearly always start with blue, blue, blue, if you have an understand of elixirs you will know by this point if an epic is dead or a reset when using silver. For legendary you then go blue x3 again or purple then blue x3. Also learn how to do free turn or double free turn at the end or a free turn and end on a 6.
      Theres no reason a 1620 shouldnt have 40 set, you no longer have to fish for 200 to 300 picks before getting the helm/gloves anymore, you get to pick it every time.

    It's kinda silly they try to solve problems doing events insted of having a real problem fixing solution maybe it's just appeasing the playerbase but it just pushes the problem forward

    Best thing we can hope for western version is that these changes are temporary, and once aegyr has been live for like a month they'll adjust echidna and behemoth to 1640. That way we get whales in first at hm aegyr and then the f2p and casuals can catch up after the honeymoon phase. I can't realistically expect a more player friendly roadmap from AGS.

    For gear progression, I really don't understand why LA is not replacing gold based online gambling with getting what you paid for "replay tokens" with the introduction of multiple difficulties as far as raids. Give user merit based difficulty system (easy, normal, hard, impossible, etc) with merit based rewards coined together with replay tokens. The company revenue will be from replay tokens, for anyone that is not in a rush to get the gear in first day or first week then they can do it slowly through weekly reset, sure it will take a while to get but they will get there eventually. The easy + normal difficulty will be friendly for casual and intro for new players and this will remove gatekeeping as the players can revive each other and able to clear. The reward will be normal progression gear while hard and impossible rewards will be shiny elite level prestigious gear. It's not perfect system but it's merit based and LA still can make money from Replay tokens from the mall.

      The only way you remove gatekeeping is by making a system where you queue to play such as with LFR in WoW which is why it was added.
      People will and have always gatekept.

    In regards to the field boss drop, if its on a pity system then it should just be a 100% drop rate. Why the additional pain? There's no way to spend money to get it quicker so why are they doing this?
    Really odd decision to make, I can fully understand having to kill a special world boss to obtain it, but making the drop random and on pity is just being mean to the playerbase for no reason, especially when the drop in question is DIRECTLY related to plater power and in no way cosmetic
    And again, no way to pay past this barrier, I dont understand

      He explained it in the livestream. Ark passive in general is intended as a gradual system, with you increasing in power slowly with time and effort. The field boss was intended to be something to get people excited when they get the drop and gain the power. Unfortunately, it backfired with people getting angry when they saw others get the drop while they were still deprived of that power at no fault of their own. Had the pity been announced at T4 launch, I doubt there would've been outrage.
      For the west, the 6 week pity will work just fine. Assuming aegir launches 2 weeks after t4, we'll get the points before we can even use them, since we'll still be waiting on aegir clears for gear.

      @@Schweebcraft That might be what he said but that is not the reason why. The Devs and studio have to keep SmileGate happy, to do this they have to show player retention and revenue. The field boss dropping an item for Ark Passive is a way to hold and show player retention. It will lock many players into doing the field boss 3 times a week for multiple weeks, sure some people get lucky and get it the first kills but many others will not get it until kill 10, 14, 18.....Every raid is to lock in player retention if you didnt realize.
