    Clozapine vs Olanzapine very similar medicines ,will there be another breakthrough I believe there's been some progress with crystalize process in Respridol which might lead to even better antipsychotic medication in the future with even less side effects and better treatments for patients.

    I have noticed that none of these videos ever mention loxapine. Loxapine is a structural analogue of clozapine, but actually came out earlier, in 1975. Arguably, one could say that loxapine was the first atypical antipsychotic.

    Olonzapin was made from Clozapine and both are similar to Contergan and I think they where researched from mothercorn fungus. The sideefekts hormonell and deformiertes in cells and the bodys Flora seems like Contergan to me and mothercorn fungus seems to have the same also PCO syndromes. And otherwise the pandamic. Why so many women had problems with bleeding periods with mRNA vaccine that Im wondering so much now. I hate clozapine and olanzapin. I don’t had this deformities in my soul bevor. I had depressions when I went to the psychiatrist the first time.

    Thanks for the video. Was wondering if you could establish a comparison between Clozapine and Paliperidone?
    I hear that paliperidone causes much more emotional blunting, lethargy and disconnection from life, and also tardive dyskinesia and other motor disregulations...
    I have a friend who was on Clozapine 100mg at night, tollerating it pretty well in comparison with other meds. She responds terribly to Risperdal and Abilify. Doctors now want to try Paliperidone because it can be injected... We both fear that this will cause much more impairment than the clozapine at night. Any thoughts from people who have been on both drugs? Thanks!

      I'm not a doctor and can't establish a comparison but personally, I did have severe emotional blunting on paliperidone and not on clozapine. I think that may be unusual as others tolerate paliperidone very well.

      @@bethanyyeiser5221 Thanks for sharing your experience! The paliperidone tablets after some days taking them are now causing severe involuntary eye movement and amblyopia, and akathisia.

    Why does the brain need to use chemicals to send messages, when neurons do such a good job on their own?

    lies. lies. dont use it. at least not for long. clozapine can be used to reach a sense of normalcy but should NOT be use to maintain it.

      Trauma in childhood has to be dealt with, before doctors who are meant to save lives become pill pushers to sedate the patients and shrink their brains...STOP lying to the public, clozapine like all antipsychotic drugs are neurotoxins.
      Clozapine has 5 black box warnings!
      It is a lethal drug...giving the patients poison and killing their organs slowly but surely.
      Such doctors should be banned from the profession, they are only aiding themselves with kick backs from big pharma.
      Dont listen to this crap

      @jeffjones3040 Před rokem

      @@digxx ....No. However some people need certain medications. If they are terrible, you will KNOW to stop. It usually works itself out. Or is everyone too stupid to stop a non-addictive med that is making them feel terrible? I am not.
      It is usually the opposite! Crazy people stopping a medication that actually HELPS them lead a relatively orderly life. You see? I don't think we have to worry about mentally ill people going off their meds as the original commenter implies!
