Hi there! I will definitely make a video going into detail at some point, but basically, Shabbat is the Sabbath :) From Friday night to Saturday, we take the time to stop working and just rest in the arms of The Father. We fellowship with other believers, eat good food, study scripture, and just worship Jesus! I like to think of it as a date with my Creator. All focus on Him, not worrying about anything in the week, but resting in His goodness.
