Stalking Old Suffolk Carp under the rod tip - Weybread Bottle Pit

This week with the the last of the summer sun i head to my local club water in hunt of trying to stalk out of the margin one of the old crusty carp that live within! It proved hard going but an absolute belter at the end more than made up for the effort!!

I wonder when the 'old crusty carp' snuck over the border from Norfolk, because last time I looked Weybread pits were all on the Suffolk side of the River Waveney... 😉

Great video. I do often see people say.... here is a simple rig set up..... then show a complicated rig with multiple different elements. We need to stop saying simple rig.... unless its a knottless knot rig 😂 its becoming abit of a buzz to call a rig simple when it really isnt. Well fished tho, persistance paid off.
