Yes bro you can get gears on any difficulty but not on every pip. It drops sometimes but usually you get all the gears there.

And one more question as you are Indian like me, you already know that the game server is in America so don't you get lag or net delay in game. Like in arena fights delays can ruin your game. So do you use vpn or anything like that. And do play on android or an emulator?
I play alot of champions arena. Yes I am an Indian and i use an emulator i do face lags sometimes but it is just the game.
