I have done over 600 runs. My Uber uniques are Doombringer,Anderials helm, Ring of Starless Skies and Melted Heart. I had done over 150 runs before my first uber which was Doombringer. Consider yourself lucky.
Geez I guess so. I didn't think they were that rare.
1 uber in 40 runs is insane good dude.
I have 400+ runs and only 3 ubers.

I could never do Tier 100 NMD without Melted heart. I got lucky and got it on my first Barb Duriel hunt. I've hunted Duriel probably 50 times and Melted heart is the only Uber I got.
It basically makes you immortal. plus a lot of resources and resource generation. all the extra resource also makes your hota extra powerful.
Better than me. I've gotten 0 ubers in my last 200 runs.

I've done three seasons of duriel runs and not one uber! Over 1000 hours!
Im super new on diablo, level 77 sorc, my friend boosted me on duriel and i got shaco on the 3rd time, i didnt even know what is that because the build i used told me to use different helm so i almost salvaged it xD
Almost 300 runs and I just got my first uber which was that terrible thing called andariel's visage. Also, every uber unique drops maxed out on every roll
Started solo'ing barb at lvl 97 this weekend, got about 4 runs in 99 now. I got decent tusk helm and tibs pants.. need mats now..
Helltides better watch out lol.

Three seasons and 1000 hours! Not one Uber!
season 2 i got a shako on the very first time i killed duriel. then thats it, around 100 runs after that no ubers. season 3, im on my 80th run, no uber. ive a shit ton of tibaults, tuskhelm, banished lords, flickerstep, xfals its ridiculous.
I liked D3 gear drops better. At least everyone had a solid chance to get everything they wanted
No need to cross ur fingers when u see 1 unique helmet or w.e ur looking for,as Uber uniques only has a chance to drop when u get double unique loot just like u did with selig amulet.

Can I ask... What's left to do once you're character has all the gear and is lvl 100... What keeps you playing that character???
That's a good question. Currently, there is not much in the game to incentivise late game play. In opinion, better pvp activities would help solve this.
About 80 runs and one heart of selig. No other ubers.
Based on everyone's comments, that's a pretty good average.
I just pulled a shako on 21st duriel run on a lvl 83 barb
You cannot get an Uber if the drop is only single Unique, you can only get an Uber if there's a double drop Uniques, that double drop is also a 50:50 chance like your 25th run at 1:52. I've experienced many times of double Helms but it turned out to be both Godslayers.. Good luck..

Close to 600 runs. Only gotten 6 Uber 4 star rings 1 dome sword 1 heart necklace del rings and dome to make a grandfather. Feel lucky getting one with 40 runs

I've done 150+ an none. Did over 600+ vaults got nothing. Have 5 lvl 100 characters an finally quit...
I done over 300 runs without an Uber until I got the starless skies, drop rate is terrible

just do tormented durial got 3 ubers from x1 rota

I got shako on 4th run with barb after running 12 on sorc. Starless skies 60 runs no ring🤡
Yeah, now go and buy those mats outside the game, and run 1000+ runs to get all Uber (watch Rob how he leaches others mats to get Uber) Learn from the best (then say I don't know where do you get mats)

@@sublymanol well how do you get 100s of duriel mats ready to go in 1-2 days of a new season? There is no way on earth you can get so many mats in 24/48 hrs without buying them outside the game. Sadly it’s takes 1000+ runs to get all Ubers each season, now doing that each season is boring and counterintuitive
@crosdremz that's why you get them and then play on eternal. Nobody grinds these every season

Streamer privilege lol a melted in 40 runs. 500+ runs here still no selig. Got 1 starless, 2 andriels and 4 useless dooms that I turned into a shako
