Homemade vinaigrette (approximate amounts)
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tbsp vinegar (I used apple cider vinegar, can also use balsamic)
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 2 tsps honey (or maple syrup)
- 1-2 cloves garlic, crushed / or 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Salt & pepper to taste
Salad dressing shaker - bit.ly/2QK2UuU
Easy Chocolate Protein Cookies
- 1 cup nut butter (I use almond)
- 1/2 cup chocolate protein powder
- 1/2 cup brow sugar
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder (natural / unsweetened)
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of sea salt
- Optional: crushed walnuts, chocolate chips
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 180’c / 350 degrees F. Prepare pan with baking paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Stir until tacky dough is formed. Then stir in walnuts or chocolate chips if desired.
- Scoop out dough in 1-2 tbsps amounts and place on prepared baking sheet. Press down slightly to form into a disc shape. Sprinkle with tiny amount of sea salt if desired.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool on pan for 10 minutes. Enjoy! :)

Easy Almond Butter Choc Chip Cookies
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup GF flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 cup almond butter (or any nut butter of choice)
- 1 large egg
- 3 tbsp dark chocolate chips

Hey Annie! What brand of colour does Mo use on your hair? I recently had my first hair colouring with "balayage" and I like it but colour feels not exactly what I was hoping for. It's Aveda colour. Feels a little on orange side, not sure it suits my skin.
