Zagara's Scourge Queen increases her maximum supply to 150 while increasing the number of Zerglings, Banelings, and Scourge that spawn from eggs and nests, at the cost of removing the hero Zagara. To maximize this, get all my upgrades early and flood the enemy with units.

This probably has become my favorite prestige for Zagara, because it brings me joy to watch my banelings overwhelm my enemies.
i just realise that if you push early you don't have to deal with the hybrids as more hybrids will be spawned to defend the infested structure in subsequent nights.

Who needs banes except as a cash dump? I just get max ups for lings and scourge (Except armor, unless I've got max damage and everything else), Zag's lings murder the s**t out of any ground units, and you get enough larvae from the upgraded inject (instead of +4 larvae you get +8 larvae, about level 3 I think),although 200+ bane damage to buildings looks fair too. :) (I do max the banes, because who doesn't get a free bane/scourge nest for free types of that unit?)

Well, you may revisit Tunneling Horror. You said you don't like Ravagers, but Swarm Hosts are also good in this prestige. When going for Swarm Hosts, I suggest pure Swarm Host strategy. I'll write something about it on Reddit.
All Zagara prestiges are good, but there is one Achilles Heel for Zagara and that is Fleet of The Matriarch. Zagara & her Hunter Killers are too weak, Corruptors too. You can have a ton of Scourge & lose them all to 5-6 Corsairs before they get close enough to deal damage. The composition being cloaked & the fact your units waste on fighting Interceptors if you don't micro them are also pretty bad factors. I must yet find a way to be effective against that comp if there is one (maybe baiting Corsairs away with a few Corruptors & they attacking with Scourge or so...)

CTG I have problems with zagara's talents? after the first game with normal talents, they are eliminated
Can you build several baneling nests and amass tons of free banelings? Same question for scourges

The prestige I loathe playing with. But in general, Zagara is just awful for me to play with.
