Lies of P OST (Records) Playlist: czcams.com/play/PLxfJZ3cTz86r-GMISqI5eXh_M-XCua_uW.html Lies of P OST (Boss Theme) Playlist: czcams.com/play/PLxfJZ3cTz86o6ywmE9L1JBED-2JonVbcp.html
His childhood ended with the denial that the throne he was stuck to wasn't his. He tried to bargain with P, to rally him to his side and to show him the truth that his old man hid away. An overwhelming amount of anguish and sadness took over his mind when he realised that he believed Gepetto's lies and rejected his offer. It all turned to anger at the mere thought of the injustice of having to kill his revived friend to stop all of this madness. But it all ends with the burnt-white embrace of acceptance. It always does in one's final moments.
I love how the music goes from "Please, stop and listen to me! I want to help!" To "There's no other option... I didn't want to, but I have to fight you for hope; because if I don't, who will?"
Phase 1: Tragic, sad Phase 2: Resolute, angry Usually these should be swapped to have the monstrous puppet of phase 1 have phase 2’s OST, and vise versa. But that’s the point: there’s more to puppets than meets the eye, and the same goes for humans. Romeo was desperate to tell Carlo one thing: Don’t trust other’s words, instead- trust your heart.
That’s the point, we’re led to believe it’ll lead to an end to the fighting. We had yet to uncover the truth. (Also Nameless Puppet is too cool not to be the final haha)
0:50 is when this theme truly turns into something special. The somber melody followed by the striking chorus not long after is really emotionally tense and chilling. But the almost never-ending escalation of the second phase theme is soooooo good. The adrenaline just keeps building and building and BUILDING and it’s absolutely everything this fight needed 👌
Until you discover who's that person called Romeo. This is my favorite battle and i loved more the second phase than the 1st. Glad i thought that cause when i knew who was Romeo, my heart was so broken.
ok so ... romeo to me is basically a huge homage to Raiden from metal gear rising - his MUSIC sounds like MGR music, his attacks are like Raiden's, hell, he LOOKS like Raiden.... i loved this boss, one of the coolest and most tragic of all

So far I’ve been loving every OST
Agreed
It's a crime that Lies of P wasn't nominated for best Music category neither sound effect
Thank you for combining these two INSANELY good boss themes. GOAT

So emotional. Should have been the final fight.

The music that got stuck in my head the most for no particular reason 😢
Ng+ second phase killed me instantly. I stopped in shock so Romeo went ham
The first phase theme is way better then second in my opinion. Lots of emotion and it’s unique
