People like this are damaged and need therapy before they do something stupid. His anger in the moment probably stems from the fact that he feels threatened, he feels like he could once again be hurt and rejected so he hides his true feelings with anger to show that it wont bother him, when it just makes it very very obvious that it does in fact bother him alot

I think its partly subjective and partly genes. Some may still look better due to better cheekbones and facial structure or whatever but one can always dress and behave better regardless. While looks plays a role, if one acts like a child or has mental issues it does show in your character. But I still agree that focusing so much on looks is very juvenile. I used to be extremely bitter as well due to my personal interactions due to upbringing before but I eventually realized ''bruh it's actually kinda pathetic to dislike women''.
