No, its very difficult, they can come for max 3 months on a visit visa in a 6 month period. So 3months in 3 months out.

What if I study PhD in Switzerland and then move to Germany for job and later German citizenship. How much time it will take?
PHd can last up to 4 years, german citizenship can be applied after 8 years, with processing up to 1 year.

No, as a non eu, work permit can only be granted if a established company applies it for you.

There is never an interview for PR, only for passport and everyone need to do that.

No matter who you are you'll have to live 10 year in Switzerland to get permanent residency and after that you have to live another 10 years of your life in Switzerland to get the CITIZENSHIP

Hey, yoy can givr me 20 lakh and i still cant help you, jobs are given by big multi nationals to non eu, only 9000 permits are issued per year for this. So you really need to be a specialist in your field that is needed in Switzerland. Indeed.ch for jobs. Good luck.
