- Here is the final part to my KLX110 Full Mod Build Series. In this video I complete the build by installing the gas tank, plastics, and seat. I start the bike for the first time since rebuilding it, and also do some riding at a local dirt turn track.

Although I wouldn’t of went with black number plates this bike looks great , real nice build bro. I checked out the fast ace front end it was 900. On eBay , tha5s a great deal for what you get. Best of luck dude .

How did you get the new style fender on the fast ace forks? I have the same set up. Haven’t looked much into it but it definitely doesn’t bolt up as easy as you did it.
Looks like fun. I’m 6’3” so I will have to stick with my crf450r.
I'm 6'3" 190lbs and still send the klx110. My 450 does fit me better though 😅
Dang that looks sweet....I still think that you should put that bbr air filter box on it though....otherwise it turned out so sick
Seth carpenter Yeah I'm going to be getting that BBR Air filter setup here soon. That pancake filter gets super dirty after just one ride 🖓

What was the dollar amount spent on the mods? Not the bike itself, just the mods?
Joey Carlton right around $2500 for all of the parts, not including the bike. Crazy how fast things add up. I was initially only going to put around $1500 into it, but then decided to do the inverted fork kit, which added $950 to the build. I'm glad that I went all the way on the mods though, the bike is crazy fun to ride 🤘🤘

Back Shock appeared to be a bit too stiff.
Scott Talken it's a little stiff but I've already bottomed it out a few times while jumping. I'm going to upgrade to an Elka shock here soon 🤘👌

Yeah the ride height of the bike was raised about 2 inches

What plastics kit is this ?
Cameron Stairs - So the front fender and numberplate are the newer style klx110 plastics, and the rest of the plastics are the old style. I used a combination of PolishSport, UFO and Acerbis plastics 👌
Mike French - can you please confirm - are Front fender and number plate both Acerbis or UFO? Can you be specific of the part numbers for each of the plastics?

I do twice a day, just been drinking way too much coffee over the years 😥 Working long hours for a offroad race team will do that to you. Time for some whitening strips I guess 😂👌🤘
Mike French coffe will do that to you.. i drank cup after cup every day. Had to get my teeth cleaned and then bought the expensive whitening tooth paste plus whitening strips.. took a bit but so worth it..
