- Happy New Year to our whole CZcams Family! We spent New Years day at home and wanted to share our day with you. We picked oranges from our neighbor's yard, made orange juice at home, made pizza from scratch to celebrate mommy and daddy's 14th year anniversary. It is a new year but still the same old us. I also have a lab named Junior. He is 7 months old . He is super active. Its pretty cold in our area in India but he hates blanket. He just like to sleep on cold floor. Sometimes he even pours water from his water boul and sleep in water😂😂😂

The pizza dough have to be cooked (in the owen at 250°C/480°F at least 20;25 minutes) but have to be soft, not crunchy and crispy like a biscuit. You have to leave the pizza dough leaven, because the yeast works at least 12 h or more (also 48 h) depending how soft and "high" you prefer the cooked pizza dough. Mozzarella cheese have to be white and solid, not liquid. Tomato sauce (pear tomatoes), not ketchup. And, of course FRESH basil, for Margherita pizza. H.N.Y. from Italy.

Do u use any spray on your dogs to control odour ...?
we sometimes use essential oils but that is more for flea and tick prevention but it works great to get rid of odor as well.
My pointer is a rescue from Serbia and she’s not as good as walle and zazu
They do require a lot of patience and proper training. It is not easy 😃Walle still drives us nuts sometimes.
Yes we have to be very careful because she tries to escape and when my dad comes he always forgets to close the door

Hay, don't cook the basil! It has to be fresh on the cooked pizza out of owen. You have to smell the delicate fresh basil parfum.
