Arriving at work early is always a good impression. Do your hours and maybe ask your boss if there is anything else he would you to complete today before you head out. The important people know the time you are putting in and if they really need to, they could probably check to see what time you logged in. Don’t worry about what the non-significant people think as long as you’re doing your job.

Make sure if you make any changes to the exterior you reach out to your HOA first. Most places will require them to approve those changes before you move forward. I wanted to change my sliding door and had to go through a whole process with them first before even installing it. Welcome to the joys of home ownership!

I’ve made that banana bread recipe a few times and love soft/mushy banana bread like you. I usually add an extra banana (I usually double my recipe and use 7 bananas) and pull it out of the oven a little early and let it finish cooking in the pan so it isn’t over cooked.

For the stretch:
While holding on to a chair, keep one leg back with your knee straight and your heel flat on the floor. Slowly bend your elbows and front knee and move your hips forward until you feel a stretch in your calf. Hold this position for 30 to 60 seconds. Switch leg positions and repeat with your other leg.

For your calves - do a simple calf stretch before and after, just put your foot up against the wall at a 45 degree angle and lean forward until you feel a stretch in the back of your calf. Also ankle rolls. I would work on mobility though as well as stretching - i find all my stretches and workouts on tiktok lol so if you just look up calf ankle mobility you should find some good stuff! Might help prevent you getting stiff in the first place as well as injuries.

i love your videos so much, they're kind of like my comfort thing to watch daily. you've made me want to make banana bread or buy it tho, it looks so delicious! i feel you about the hard drives... in the past i've also used the wd hard drives and like you they've always broke on me, so i tried the seagate but the same thing and i've also had them corrupted with s many different ones, i'm just glad i back everything up to mega or idk what i'd do. the way i've never even dropped them either and this is a continuous thing with them. i've almost tried those toshiba ones because people keep telling me to try them but now i don't think i will after hearing that they've broke on you. i'm considering trying that durable lacy rugged hard drive, if they come in 5TB or more but idk how good they really are as they are expensive!

As a fellow vlogger and a wedding photographer, you need SSD hard drives, not those regular ones. They’re far more reliable because there’s no moving parts internally. Sandisk extreme ssd or Samsung t7 are the way to go! I typically alternate between the two each time I purchase a new one 🫶🏼

Keegan, I flared my fascia in my arch (not full blown plantar fasciitis, but close) from walking on a treadmill incline with tight calves. It takes months to get rid of a flare…and you don’t want that, so at the advice of a podiatrist, I bought a calf stretcher from Amazon (it looks like a little rocker type thing -hard to explain). You can also hang your foot off of a stair step and stretch that way. You should also try to strengthen your calves (I use the machine at my gym) but you can even do toe raises without weights or hold a dumbbell in one hand and perform them that way.
I roll my foot on a foot massager device (mine is wooden) you can also use a frozen can of juice to roll your foot on. You can get the foot massager off of Amazon, they are pretty cheap.
I limit my incline walking, oh, and I also use a shoe insert to give me better arch support (I have flatter feet).

Hey Keegan, I wrote to you the last time your hard drive decided to die on you because you dropped it.
Please get an SSD and not a hard drive. You won't ever have that problem again, because an SSD doesn’t have the little CD and needles that can scratch and break.
Also the SSD is extremely compact, so space saver for you.
