I was really calmed doon and nearly asleep 'til I heard "resist the temptation to tell me to calm the ffz doon" and all I could hear in my head after that was "dinnae you tell ME to calm the ffz doon". Now I cannae stop roaring my heid off. 🤣🤣🤣

My Grandad was from Patna in Ayrshire and used to tell us stories in soft spoken tones about all the mischief he got up to when he was a lad (usually at about 6am, which would explain why he was talking in hushed tones) - my ever first experience of ASMR - Happy times 🙂
He also used to tell me continuously to tak it oot! Didn't have a clue what he was saying til my mum explained he was telling me to stop sucking my thumb (take it out).
