he lost the appeal. crane said the appeal case went as it should have during this pardon hearing. the problem is ramee's testimony during that trial and the fact that the judge (and crane) both think it's ludicrous to believe the gun was tossed on K during the events of what they know about the crime scene. even though a gun wasn't planted, i think K would have won the appeal and not needed this pardon if they had done a re-enactment to show that it would have easily been possible for one of mary's crew to put an item on K while he was slumped in the car.

Its crazy how they grasp at straws assuming hes guilty and just didnt have time to pull his gun out when theres witnesses saying otherwise. Anyone that thinks the judge has a point is very easily persuaded by fancy language instead of actually understanding whats being said.

I love dragon K but he had an amazing arc going considering how early in 4.0 it was. And all ruined cuz a cop did what they did just because. It was so Dumb. The OOC bias in Crane's voice and attitude from the very beginning couldn't be more apparent. He only agreed because he knows K will get caught again and this whole process will be irrelevant and then it could potentially reflect badly on Dab.

He just assumed the he "got caught lacking" when there's no proof of it. There were witnesses saying k didn't and you say the judge wasn't biased?

@@everythingmemes5644K was a victim of getting shot, but he was also guilty of committing a seperate crime by possessing a pd glock while not being able to prove it was planted on him (because it wasn’t). The fact that everyone wasn’t gsr tested doesn’t change that fact.

Police did no work on investigating both parties on scene, and instead chose to unilaterally charge K with the gun because of OOC bias. He shouldn't have to prove his innocence, the police have to prove his guilt. Police took advantage of "letter of the law" instead of "spirit of the law". This is obvious in the way they are "investigating" Abilene (who had a planted gun but was GSR positive) and the way they treated K.

Not really, the outcome of this court case had nothing to do with Ramee loosing his license, it was the K`s warrant for reckless driving or some sht and people not telling what that warrant was for.
