Well done Mark. I'm not keen on the milk smear, but it works for you and that's what an online resume should be; a reflection of who you are. The smear would never stop me from hiring you. Your personality along with your academic and career experience should do well. You clearly state your objectives and goals. I wish everyone was this concise in their online video resume(s). Hopefully youa re currently, gainfully and happily employed!

Just a small heads up u were used in my class and in our textbook as an example on how to make a video CV, and also low key got roasted my our English prof who didn't like your CV. but don't worry he's just a little grumpy.
You may not have the skills right now, but if you work at it and try to get better you will. We all start somewhere. That's the biggest misconception people have looking at others who have achieved something. It's easy to see the end result and judge ourselves. Instead, go back to what it must have been like on day 0. When I had no idea how I would do this. And work your way up. Good luck Cherry!
