I'm so sorry. I feel a lot of gems are deeply emotional beings. Therapy is so important for us in particular. While some isolation is great to be introspective, it can also be dangerous for us to stay alone and in our heads. Try your hardest to REACH out like you're doing and be around ppl you love or nurture yourself with things that pour into you. Blessings to you! I hear ya. Accept the failure. Take a break from persistence. Sometimes we just need temporarily give up on our desires. Don’t over extend. Be careful who you invest in. My latest epiphany is that everyone is crazy. Yet most people will never admit it. I had to admit my own irrational expectations on myself, my irrational expectations of everyone else. Doesn’t mean theses expectations were high, it means your behaviour is advanced. Small steps, small goals. Red flags are important right now. Trust your intuition, and stop trying to help anyone other then yourself. Dignity and honesty a minimum. The universe supports you. I know exactly what you mean. I had to burn out and loose a lot to be here. Strangely, I found gratitude. Find gratitude, and realise everyone knows nothing, they just think they do.

My ex aqua and I just broke up. Too many outside influences and my pride and inner hurts really got in the way of our communication and connection. Have had the worst week of my life and am just now trying to accept the split and try to find peace alone. He says he wants to come back home after a break but I'm wounded, again my inner child, im having to address so many pains from childhood withthis, I feel abandoned when I pushed him away. My natural reaction is to run, run from the pain of him wanting a break. I don't even know how to trust my feelings anymore.
