So lucky to buy my home in east Brunswick nj for 300k in 2018. Its worth almost 400k now

@@MovingToLancaster tku. We were lucky. House sat for 4 months. Every month the price was reduced by 10k. At 300k for a house in this town is cheap and it was in great condition. The value of it doesn't matter. I dont plan on selling or moving again. 😊
