This summer league team has been more exciting than the actual team. This past 2 weeks has been better than the 83 reg season games

Josh Christopher is hungry for a place on an NBA team; I really hope Miami can give him a spot on the team he would be a good addition coming off the bench. I also believe if he gets another chance, he will make the best of it and never look back because he's hungry and when you're hungry, you're going to eat. Best Heat Summer League team I've seen in a while. I want to keep them all but we can't some other team will want to sign them. I wish the best for them all.

@@camherb Steven’s is not on a two way contract right now..with the way Pulling has played minimal min, that might be Steven’s two he’s keeping warm. You never know man. Dru is still here is what makes me worry sometimes
Dru is here because of his injury. They can’t let him go like that. That would make players lose respect for the heat organization. K. J I think will be the one staying with the heat .

Stevens is a definite keeper. The way he’s playing in the summer is how he would play in a real NBA game - maybe not the same outcome but same role. Summer League all stars usually struggle going from having a green light in the summer to having a few shots at the most in the regular season and all those shots be off cuts or spot up shooting. Th ball just ain’t in their hands.
I'd be upset if we don't give Isaiah Stevens one of the two-way contracts but they HAVE to give one to Josh Christopher. Dude was a first round pick not too long ago and is starting to show what some Heat culture can do for him

Being 7 foot I'm sure they have some things to do in the conditioning department and getting him into a professional basketball player shape. College games are way slower than NBA games so that may take a little getting uses to for the big guy

Incredible game, Tobes. All the "intangibles" 3 point shooters we got cant defend. Thank heavens, Pelle is athletic enough to actually defend. Ive been saying, Ware needs to work on his strength big time, before he can be a significant contributor. If Quinton Post can body you in the paint, id hate to see what a Joker would do to him.

Honestly looking at the team, there is a silver lining if this season is a flop and we let Butler walk. Run the youth lineup with Ware, Deshad, Larrson, Stevens and Christopher off the bench and develop the fuck out of them. They could be seriously quality role players to even star talent.

@Mjay95498 I'm not so impressed at this point either. We can't just prop him up because we want him to be that big 5 player. Just being tall in the NBA won't cut it. I definitely see potential, but that's all at this point. He's going to be a project and that's okay. A lot of hard work ahead!
