Longboat ride up the Navua River through meandering rapids passing cascading waterfalls, tropical rainforest and deep gorge. Waterfall swim, riverside lunch and tubing down gentle rapids.

Just wear water friendly dress and footwear, sun screen etc... They provide good food, so nothing to worry about.
